A couple of throwbacks to the days of yesteryear. A Parkway Blue XB12XT:
1125R with shades of Molten Orange and Nuclear Blue (although it should technically be pink):
And now to destroy the myths posted above. On the '09 Buell website, I've noticed that if you change the colors of the bikes sometimes the colors don't completely change immediately and you get something 'in between'. Like a gray XB12R:
Or a maroon 1125R:
Or a gray 1125R:
Or a maroon 1125CR:
SWEET! 1313 |

Hi Guys, I hope everyone is well. I have had pneumonia and been on tons of meds. Funny how I can ride a motorcycle at sub-freezing temps and not get sick, and now I decide to kill the lungs. Any way Mike I appreciate the offer and I will have to come visit bike or not. Thats some pretty amazing pictures and a great trophy, seems you are having fun and quite good at it. As for Spike...No one has commented... A MINIVAN? HHHHHHMMMMMMmmmmmm |

Yeah, that's it- room for the Firebolt . . . Either that or the baby that Sarah is pregnant with. Due December 24th. We just had the ultrasound this morning; it's a girl. I'm in trouble. |

I'm so glad you finally posted, you've made me hold this info for so long. Glad the ultrasound went well. As for being in trouble, you can join the rest of us with daughters! |

It was hard for me too, I'm terrible about big announcements like this. With the purchase of the minivan (which was actually due to a job change, but also fit with a child) and the ultrasound this morning the timing seemed right. Regarding the trouble with daughters--now seems like a good time to get my concealed carry permit . . . and take up Muay Thai . . . and maybe move to Alaska . . . |

Hey Mike, I was wondering. I have to say as I spent quite a bit of time living next door. I believe you and Sarah will be wonderful Parents. Congrats and let us know what we can do to help. Good Luck, and I believe thats one lucky little girl. Larry As for me being sick, I am much improved. Thanks for the well wishes. Hey Oldog, I miss getting together with all you guys. I did see a Black/Red Firebolt on the way home today in Garner, a young child was riding on the back. Larry |

Congrats Spike & Sarah! Daughters are fun, you just act completely crazy when they bring boys around. Makes the boys very nervous. Of course you can take the Jimmy Tudor approach. The best way to describe Jimmy Tudor is to imagine Yo'Samite Sam. He was about 5'2". He was a tobacco farmer with arms like Popeye and lived on a 200+ acre farm. The driveway was a 1/4 mile long and his closest neighbor was one mile away. He had that same deep voice and laugh like Sam but he had a great disposition. He had three daughters, all with very health lungs. I asked him once how he kept the boys straight. He laughed and said, "I took them to the barn and show them the wall." On the wall he had pig's nuts nailed to the wall and told them that was the last boy that came up to the house. Classic! Speaking of Nuts, I will be leaving in the morning and plan to be in Fancy Gap by lunch. You can call me when you get into the area. 252-939-6407 |

Well Carlos met up with FB and NUTS this afternoon for a short ride. He's now going to start on the mountain grass so he can ride again tomorrow with FB&D. Damn shame that grass grows so fast...he's a lucky boy that he's helping my Daddy out or we might have to "talk"! |
