Not looking good for riding to Trout Lake. We could always stick around St Helens area. |

The forest roads currently closed aren't ones we ride. But who knows by next weekend. I won't be back from California until Thursday or maybe Friday so I won't really be able to do any more checking on it.
I think we'll be able to come up with an alternate route if necessary! |

Hi Chris & Loni,
Sorry - I haven't checked in for awhile, busy summer! I'm planning on hanging with you guys on Fri & Sat night if that's still good. I'll ride up to Woodland on Friday and join you at the lake. Linda will not be along as she will be in Vancouver that weekend. Looking forward to riding with you all again!

Jaci and I will be joining the gang for breakfast in Blaine. Then we'll be parting ways to do the Olympic Peninsula. We (Harve and Jim and ?) have travelled that way before and found it to be lacking in hard corners and open roads for warp speed. Since Jaci and I will not be doing warp speed and hard cornering, it will suit us fine and we'll re-unite with the gang and the rest of you reprobates at Woodland. John, you and your riding mate are welcome to come along for our route if you like. |

Shotgun, me 'n Denise are living in a small mountain cabin about 300 feet from the Blue Ridge Parkway just north of the Virginia/North Carolina border. been out here for about a year and a half, chasing twisty roads and adventure.

Hey Guys! It was fun seeing everyone again and meeting those of you that I hadn't gotten a chance to before.  I had a great time and really appreciate everyones hospitality. I know it's been said before, this really is a special group of folks! 
Harv, Mike.... Damn, I sure am sorry for your little 'get off'.  I am really glad that things were not worse though. Heal quickly and I hope to ride with you guys again real soon.  Bob, thanks for helping 'em get home. 
Mike, I'm really glad you were able to make it up to the festivities. It was good to see you in such a positive spirit and, apparently, healing well.... you look good. If you and Kimberlie need anything that I can help with, don't hesitate to give me a shout. 
To those of you who didn't make it, sorry I didn't get to see you guys but look forward to the next opportunity to share a beer and some stories.

Harv, glad to hear that the Doc's are taking care of you, is there any chance of a right hand throttle limit switch implant?
It was great to see all of the brothers and sisters of SPLASH, and to welcome new participants. Carlos and Cristy , thanks for your support (you are now required to post on this board). Astrid, thanks for your energy (you are now required to post on this board). Ron, good to spend some time with you. Mike, see ya next year?
John, some early morning motel parking lot mechanic'n is inevitable, glad you made it home OK from your weekend adventure.
