that is really wierd...i'm at a loss. there got to be more than the map. thats a big hole. just for your own knowlegde go to ecmspy.com and download the progam onto your pc. you can download the 9 race map from xoptiinside.com right onto ecmspy and look at the map parameters and i doubt you would see a hole like that in the map. not too mention the ecmspy tuning guide is a good read for things that can affect the way you bike runs. did you open the airbox after the remap? have you had the TPS reset since the opening of the airbox? |

I have almost the same set up as you. I have a very slight midrange dip. But nothing like what you are talking about. I have a drilled airbox, k&n, and Jardine. I had an Xopti race tune in mine. I tried dataloging it a few times. But didn't like the way it ran. It just never seemed to run as good as it did with the factory race ecm. So needless to say I reinstalled the race ecm. Runs like a champ with the factory race ecm map. |

if i recall after opening the airbox you should do your resets again, and this could be causing a large part odf the problem. |

Torque & Tat-- you both are running the race ECM/map and a Jardine, que no? If you're happy with how you're rolling, It may be a case of Chip just needing a TPS reset. I swear to Allah, Buddha, Jeebus, Ganesha, whoever, that Chip's ECM has been flashed with values STRAIGHT from the race ECM. Maybe I f'ed up the TPS reset?? Door is open, Chippy. As for the [read up]: bla bla bla fla fla fla foo foo pfffft pfftt pfffffft!! Fart. |

thats what i'm thinking scotty, i know looking at the map there is no hole that big in the fueling program. yes we're running a mirror set up so i'd say TPS is gonna help, considering the airbox was opened after the remap and TPS were done it couldn't hurt. |

One other thing to try to cover you in the mean time... Get on the bike and ride it steady at 3500 to 4000 for about 5 miles...that should reset your AFV and help smooth it out. But ultimately we'll have to review the map and data log it. Door is open at my place as well...my schedule sucks...but I can get you set up if we can find the time. |

I'm in for Sunday. As long as I have my new muffler on and ready to run. I'm just waiting for one last elbow to arrive. Then I just need to weld it on, paint it black and install it. Where and when on Sunday are we meeting? |

Not sure if I'll be clear headed enough for an early morning Sunday ride...have lots and lots of drinking planned for Saturday. However...if you aren't up to terribly early...I should be level headed enough to check out the mapping issues. |

I think I'm in BIG trouble! I may be in need of help. See I met this blond girl that rides a Yammi, I also met a blond girl on a gixer.Well, now is gets funny as I got them both invited on a ride to an undisclosed beach this weekend. I invited one, but let it slip in talkin with the other ,I hope the weather is nice for the beach ride Sunday. She's so cute I couldn't tell her of the other girl. I'm not sure they will get along too well, opisites! Am I in trouble or what? God I hope my wife don't find out,get wind of this! Jest in case I need a hide out, anyone got a garage big enough for me and my bike ta sleep in. |

Shawn, what have we been telling you?? I swapped my rubber at Eric's without his supervision after having been shown how only once, with only my wife helping. No scratches. Lots of sweat, but no scratches. So how much did you pay them to scar up your rims? |
