When I first heard of it I was excited....elated even. Then I see is is basically an 1125R with no front fairing or windshield. Why oh why did they not put an MX style bar and relax the leg room a bit and make a proper street fighter out of this bike. Oh well next year maybe. |

They sell the bar as an accessory, and I'm sure you will be able to buy adjustable rearsets for the bike (if you can't already) that will give you more legroom. |

Now the question remains is the same torque and 40 more HP worth the hassle of changing bikes? Thanks for pointing out the handlebar option. Now at least I may actually have a viable reason to go test ride one. I absolutely love my Uly and the 1125 is going to have to be one hell of a bike for me to think about replacing it. |

Well you can buy the bar for $185.00 and putt on the Uly pegs or XB pegs which probably will accomplish what you want. My guess is they set it up this way after some wind tunnel testing. Trying to force the rider slightly forward(note athletic adjective in Buell terms) to get under the wind flow. |

"8% lower gearing" than 1125R IMHO it needs a S tail. |

Can anyone show me where the 3" in additional overall length comes from? I can't see anything in the pictures. I'm guessing that the leg situation IS more relaxed than the R. The CR has almost an inch more ground clearance but still the same lean angles as the R. That suggests to me lower footpegs. Dimensions U.S. Units U.S. Units Overall Length (5) 78.6 in. 81.3 in.
