Steve,
I talked to UPS and they said that those rates were correct. They told me that about 45-60% of the shipping costs were a fuel surcharge!
Frickin oil I tell ya. |

I also assumed you didnt want to pay that for shipping (seeing as how shipping is the same price of the pipe).
So due to my assumption of you not wanting to pay shipping; I do have a deal going with Sam_07 (he was next in line). |
