For Sunday (right?? Sunday??), read this . JP will be hammering out a route and we can figure out pick-up points from there. Thanks for the input on routing, Crusty & Danny. I look forward to hitting Dot's.

I stopped at one yesterday while running an errand for the boss. Poor little girls plugged their ears and Grandma sat in the background and leered at me the whole time. I paid them a buck for a cup of instant Country Time... what ever happened to quality?!

Its called 'cost-out' to make more profit. Quality has been removed from owner/provider vocuabulary...more money for me is the over-riding rule. On to this weekend...pushing on with route planning for 300+ mile day on Sunday up to lower end of VT and back.

Yup, let me know when. The sooner the better. Is it on the road? If so can you keep it on the road so I can ride it home? (Message edited by damnut on July 17, 2008)

OK the route is set for those looking for a long ride on Sunday. Ride still leaves from my place...kick stands up at 7:15 unless somebody asks otherwise. 278 miles planned (unless I do a bit more tweaking) Copy and past the link (don't just select it - you'll only see about 10 miles of the route) into your browser to see the route. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=9915 399820420978629,42.190127,-71.802111%3B14812911310 67499800,42.234630,-72.158640%3B147326794496770046 79,42.361549,-72.241963%3B18242819055197557339,42. 868267,-72.870888%3B1059110441001069397,42.701555, -73.094989%3B18347565064916445573,42.446519,-72.38 8279%3B15908635124156446178,42.164784,-72.147394%3 B3716245872779101564,42.088010,-71.986490%3B819877 2096013221676,42.123277,-71.782118&saddr=16+Pleasa nt+Street,+Grafton,+MA&daddr=Auburn+Rd+%4042.19012 7,+-71.802111+to:W+Main+St%2FRT-67%2FRT-9+%4042.23 4630,+-72.158640+to:Greenwich+Rd+%4042.361549,+-72 .241963+to:3+Main+St,+Wilmington,+VT+05363+ (Dot's+Restaurant)+to:42.798172,-72.822189+to:RT-8 +%4042.701555,+-73.094989+to aniel+Shays+Hwy%2FUS-202+%4042.446519,+-72.388279+ to:Southbridge+Rd+%4042.164784,+-72.147394+to:Saun dersdale+Rd+%4042.088010,+-71.986490+to:Central+Tu rnpike+%4042.123277,+-71.782118+to:16+Pleasant+Str eet,+Grafton,+ma&mra=dpe&mrcr=1&mrsp=5&sz=13&via=1 ,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10&sll=42.779905,-72.794895&sspn=0. 088952,0.218353&ie=UTF8&ll=42.490327,-72.306519&sp n=1.42986,3.493652&z=9&pw=2 Let me know who is coming!

I've been mapquesting that route. It'll be a darn good one to ride.As said earlier,i can't/do not want to do a ride like that and work the following day. Anyone who can make it though should do the VERmont ride. If i were you guys i'd take 2 to 8 in North Adams to 100. OOF,Just saying that makes me....

Breakfast at the Barn,yep,9a sharp. But do not discount the most excellent ride to VERmont tomorrow. edit,to add,I keep typing VER mont due to my hillbilly cousins out in the "UP" Michigan. That's how they pronounce it.Same with IN surance (Message edited by ducxl on July 19, 2008)
