The mr2 is my brothers, he sold it earlier this summer though...my friend posted it on LS1tech for me. And thanks, I think its pretty but I had a hardtime transition from a CBR600RR and I think I need to go back to sport bikes or at least a sport bike seating position with the R |

Trade your seat section with a firebolt. |

^^^ That's what I'd do instead of buying another bike. |

Put some crossroads bars or clip-ons on it. It'll get you down there. I did that to mine because the stock seating/bar position was not comfortable for me. Much better fit for me with the crossroads. |

Trade your seat section with a firebolt. I did that myself. Put some crossroads bars or clip-ons on it. Did that too. I'm very happy with the result. |

Tommy - I have a 05 XB9R. The sitting position is killing my wrists. If you are interested, pm me. I am in VA. |

Man. I looked everywhere for a City X. When I first sat on a left over '07 I was beginning to explore Buell. A few days later went to buy the bike and they were both gone. One Hero Blue and one Kick Ash. So, 3 weeks later, I came home with a Firebolt. I plan to order the LSL handlebar riser kit later this week. I am just not comfortable enough. That's a really nice bike!!! You might want to give it some more thought before moving too fast. You can easily lower the bars and change back later if you wish. The high speed of the rice rockets is seldom useful and the Buell torque is ALWAYS both fun and useful. btw, I use to live in Mt. Airy for almost 13 years. Just down Rt. 27 from you. That's a heck of an area for a bike like that. |
