The Buell Homecoming happens once a year. Buell invites its owners back to the Factory for a special celebration. This year is the 25th anniversary. We tour the plant, talk with the owners, visit with ERik, the engineers talk with us on new technology, Erik's band plays, there is a track day, rides, drag races, and more. It is pretty cool. DTX....look me up. thanks buellv http://www.americansportbikenight.net |

Rex, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can't afford the Wisconsin trip. You know how that goes.Even if I had the money on hand,my job requirements are very strict right now because of workload. It looks as though we are gonna have a busy Summer. That is a good thing though. I hope you find a few shade trees in between all that riding I bet your gonna do this year.Peace and Grease-Lesley} |

Here is an older pic of Gold_xb12r'S bike: Going to the tag office today, sold another friend of mine a '97 M-2 Cyclone, he's got it put back together. I'll post some pics as soon as I take some! Got him steered towards the badweb, I'll have him introduce himself. Later, Jason (Message edited by medic352 on June 27, 2008) |

This is Jon's '97 M-2. His name on here is Ironhead. I'll get him to do an intro, until then, here's the bike: Another saved/rescued Buell! |

Awesome! The M-2 was the first Buell Motorcycle I fell in love with... I waited and waited until I could afford a bike and then the XB's came out. My first Buell was an XB9SX that I got in 2004. (Message edited by dtx on June 30, 2008) |

Hey Tulsa Rider's,Happy 4th of July.I thought this photo was fitting for the day. This is what started my love of the motorcycle back in 1974 when I saw Evel Jump 13 semi trucks right here in Tulsa. Red,white and blue!! Rest in peace Mr.Knievel.... I will never forget that day. Peace and Grease-Lesley |

Just got back from spending a few days in Tulsa, seemed like a nice town and area. Didn't see any Buells on the road but did stop in at the local Buell dealership with the buffalo out front. |

To whom it may concern: Recently purchased right side ram air scoop from American Sport Bike.I also bought some header wrap.I'm pleased to say these two items helped reduce engine heat greatly.Although there is still adequate heat from the motor, riding in the summer so far has been a lot cooler.I recommend the wrap no matter what.If you have the money, the scoop is a good upgrade as well. I must admit though $230.00 is way TOO expensive for a piece of fiberglass. You can special order black wrap from O'reilly and save some money.Peace and grease to all. |

Buell Firebolt in Transformers sequel. This should be very cool I think. I hope this is official. http://www.benprocter.com/SITEv2/HTML/ZOOM_Trans/Z OOM_92.html |

My X-1 had a CRG lane splitter. As for the Transformers, that would be way cool, but the pic is backward?!? OR , when did they move the exhaust pipes to the other side of the bike? |

There was supposed to be an XBR playing Arcee in the 2007 Transformers movie but the character got dropped from the script. This is the first I've heard of Arcee being in a sequel - that would be badass! Eagleez - CRG makes really good mirrors, a majority of the aftermarket mirrors I saw at homecoming were CRGs. I didn't want to pay that much so I got Third Eye mirrors for my X1. They are designed to be used on a bicycle but they were only $30 I think for the pair. If your goal is to have mirrors that provide a better angle and less vibration than the stock "antennas" then the Third Eyes will work fine but if you're going for looks, better spend the extra $$$. Rizoma makes IMO the best looking bar ends on the market, but they are pricey as well. |

By the way, There is a motorcycle swap meet at the Admiral Twin Drive-In in Tulsa tomorrow/Sunday. Come on out, early, they usually dry up by noon! For all the guys not from Tulsa, it is right alongside I-244 between Sheridan & Memorial. |

Hey fellas, I went to Buell's 25th Anniversary Homecoming last week. Here are some of the pictures from the event. It was one of the best bike trips I have been on to date! Highly recommend Buell riders to go at least once in their life.
