Signs are exactly how i received them, not doing anything with them until Paypal dispute is done. Some of you are ok getting trash with your $, thats fine,,,, for you. I expect to get what i was sold, nothing more or less. |

I don't see the big deal.
Why not run down to Lowes spend $10-$15 per sign on a under cabinet style new fixture with standard style bulbs and mount them in there. Also, when bulbs go out you will know they aren't some hard to find flourencents.
By the time you waste your time boxing them back up, going to FedEx/USPS/UPS you will be money/time ahead.
These are the types I really don't like dealing with who are very critical of minor details, getting light to shine out of a box isn't rocket science.
Also, the burnt look on the white background is common with working units. I am guessing that in shipping the transformers may have had gotten shaken too hard and messed up, just guessing.
No where did he say, I have 2 New Lights if that were the case you could expect to pay $100+. |

Again more trying to validate why they shouldn't work, by the price. I paid $$ for what was to be working lights. Not new working lights, expensive working lights, JUST WORKING lights. So i should go to Lowes and spend another $30 on top of what i already spent to fix what shouldnt need fixing? If i knew it would cost me $80 for working signs, i wouldn't have bought them. I paid what i did for WORKING signs, not to spend more money and my time to get them to work.
And im not going to fed ex, im doing paypal. And like you just said, time i spend running to Lowes using gas, itll add even more to the total cost of having a working sign.
Again, you can enjoy accepting crap for your $$, more power to you and your trash. I expect getting whats told to me when accepted. |

I'm running my mouth because your being a douche! Just a couple months ago I installed a 60 some odd inch plasma in a board room. I plugged it in and it fried. We sent it back and the company called me and said a lose screw inside the screen appeared to rattle lose in shipping and when plugged in cause the screen to fry the power supply. Ever stop to think that may have happened. Shippers could give a shit what's in that box. My buddy works for a shipping company. The stories he tells me about what goes on at those hubs makes me not want to ship anything. I'll again say, knowingly shipping you garbage is going to jeopardize his paypal account. Seriously doubt he would do this. Find out how much they will cost to be shipped and I will pay for you to send me your trash...after your dispute of course. |

I told myself that I wouldn't go on here again, but I have trouble being called a liar. My dog is a pitt. She chews, a lot. She has a pile of kongs and ropes, but has still managed to crack a tooth before. Well this time she cracks her canine both in half horizontally and split diagnollay vertically past the gum line. Her nerve was hanging out the bottom.
So take her to the vet, they pull her tooth from the root, up to her nasal cavity. This is a 4+ inch tooth we are talking about. Two days later all her stiches (the row holding the filling back which was now falling out and the 3 inch slit abover her gumline) are all pulled out.
I was spending 24/7 babysitting her, she is like my kid and she was in a lot of pain. I didn't have luchbreaks cause I was speeding home to make sure she was okay. I sent it out as soon as I could (6 days including the weekend). Friday she had surgury, Monday she was under again and they went out what Tuesday or Wednesday?
Then since I felt bad for the delay and was still rushing to see my dog at lunch I went to Mailboxes Express which is always a rip off. I paid more than what I got from you and yes they packed it. Go to any of those places, they pack with the boxes they have in back, used or not.
Those are dope signs unlit. Lit they were always dim, they are old ass florecents. The marks could be from heat, or they could have blown when they got plugged in, or a 20 year old wire might have shook in them. Either way its a bulb, and an old one at that. I've made lights out of liquor bottles and fire nozzles, surely it is possible to get a bulb in there. You'd be better off with one regular bulb than 2 of those old flourescents. You could have even used the existing wire and switch. I would have paid you the 10 dollars to fix it (it will cost you 5), but your attitude has ruined that.
Now really, I am done arguing, this post is already 15 posts too long. You filed a claim with his account for 145 (IIRC the signs aren't worth that much). We can discuss this further there. |

Joe, i really don't care about your excuses of time, etc. Time really didn't bother me, even though i could used the bags for a trip mid week. Im sure you couldn't email or let me know either, since you probably didn't even eat for a week. I only cared about the signs not working. And if i wanted an unlit sign, i could just had some cut vinyl glued to a wood board. Again, not what i payed for.
Id suggest him posting up what you want tonight, as im just moving it up to a claim after i add another entry. Then again since your so sure that "paypal wont do nothing, im wasting my time" as you stated, why post there?? .. |

Paypal does not refund based on things not being as described, only if it hasn't been recieved.

Pascarosa thats retarted. That is exactly what Paypal does; they cover the buyer for items sold "not as described." What Paypal will do is go and take the money out of your bank account directly, you know the one you have on file with them. You can close the bank account down but then they will send you to collections and screw up your credit. |

Enough already. This dispute is between Pascarosa and Vtwinracing. I'm locking this thread down and asking that the two parties involved settle this dispute privately.
Please keep in mind that the name calling and language in this thread goes against BadWeB policy and will not be tolerated.
