I bought a bike that was laid down and re-done from the ground up. I bought it from a family member who owns a powder coat business. Most of the parts on my '02 M2 are powder coated, including the frame. I got a really good deal realizing there were a few loose ends i had to tie up. One of those are the turn signals. The turn signal wires were cut from the wiring harness for some reason. Anyone know how to hard wire turn signals in? I have tried routing it through the flasher but no luck. The flasher has three wires, purple orange and black. Turn signals have two wires not three, what is the extra wire for on the flasher? If i hook the turn signal wires to positive and negative i obviously get light. I can't figure out the right combination. I can hook into the flasher and get the clicking noise but no light. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have tried looking at the wiring diagram but i don't get too far with that. |

Well the black is your common and the purple is for one side, orange for the other; I'd check my bike for you to tell you which color goes where, but it's in the shop... |
