i dont know if i missed something but when i took my front rocker box apart one umbrella valve was missing. i did a search and didnt come up with anything under umbrella valve. the manual says there should be two, is there any reason this would be missing? and should i reinstal both? |

Pretty sure there is only one valve in each rocker box - the rocker box 'ring' where the umbrella valve is mounted is a single part number for both front & rear rocker box assemblies, and each gets one umbrella valve at the side closest to the intake. (just over the breather fitting on the head) So that means there is 2 umbrella valves per motor, not per head. As the the other attachment point for the umbrella valve in each ring is not situated at the breather area, it isn't used. Hope that makes sense! AL |

Only one per head is correct. |
