so what is with the surging below 4k? does this bike operate below 4k. has been stalling alot even after warm up oh buy the way 80 miles on the bike brought her home last night |

Yup, it will smooth out with the more miles you get on it. I have 3420 on mine now (only had it almost 2 weeks now) and it runs smoother than ever. |

New to the 1125, had a xb12scg but lowsided earlier in the summer resulted in 30 stiches in the knee and a new bike. kind of bitter sweet. |

At 5000 miles I am loving mine. Best tip I can give a new owner: Buy a battery tender and install the pigtail. Ensure the terminal bolts are tight (check these even if you don't install the tender). Put a good initializing charge on the battery, then use the tender periodically to maintain it. My bike will surge more if I let the battery get down. Everything else works better with a full charge also. Enjoy the bike. It's a rocket ship... Jack |

I rode with "68eb" today. Really nice machine performing as expected.I tried to detect the known problems.THey weren't there.I know i'll get a chance to ride it.I could've today! But now it sits for weeks while he goes off to Bragg for training.Great guy,that Nate.I scored a new set of Pilot Powers off him today for my X1 too. Best of luck to you Nate! |
