Has anyone else had their low fuel light coming on when not low on fuel? I'm assuming it's a short somewhere and thought someone might have a starting point to check. Thanks |

I did recently. The bike was still on warranty so I let a good Buell dealer fix it. While it may have just been the (replaceable) sensor in the fuel pump, they elected to change out the whole pump. That was fine by me since I'd heard about the chafing wires problems with the pumps anyway, and they replaced mine with a superseded part numbered pump, hopefully without that problem. |

I've had it VERY intermittently. I've been meaning to check the fuel pump wires but haven't done it yet. |

yeah it's still under warranty so i'm gonna take it in while i'm on vacation and they can fix the front isolator while its there. I checked the wires at the pump and they don't appear worn and I couldn't induce the light to come on. I'm not looking forward to the end of the warranty thats for sure. |

I had the same thing happen to my 06 Uly and the dealer fixed it under warranty. They replaced the entire fuel pump. |
