Well, if he was using Watter Wetter (has no Boil Over protection) and his coolant temp was 222 degrees, shouldn't it boil over?

No, pressure in the system raises the boiling point of even straight water. That's why an incomplete bleed of the system can result in a boil over event - with air trapped in the system it won't pressurize properly.

Understood...what does a properly pressurized system run at on the 1125r?

Or better yet, save me the time of looking it up on the web and tell us the boiling point of water in a properly pressurized 1125r system? Thanks, Anony.

Man I dont know what is going on now. I got home to day from work, all was well till I pulled in the garage and shut her off. Coolant started shooting out of the overflow again. I pulled off the radiator shroud and my overflow tank was completely full, so the vent tube was doing its job, but what would cause this ? I followed the bleed instructions as listed above and the hottest it got was 212 deg. Maybe I didnt bleed it enough or properly after all. Sorry guys, feel like I have mis-represented things now for the water/water wetter test. Any ideas ?
Thanks, Rob.

I let it cool for a half hour, went to check, now the overflow tank is completely empty and the level in the radiator is where you can barely see it if you look down towards the front of the radiator tank.

Carmell - you definitely need to rebleed the system. Pay particular attention to step 7 in the procedure listed above as it is particularly important. Be sure to let the engine cool and continue to top off as it cools. This part can't be stressed enough!

Anon, thank you for your reply. That part of the process is what I gave the least amount of attention, totally my bad. How many times should I heat the system up and go through the process before feeling good about putting the cap back on ?
Thanks again, Rob.

At roughly two atmospheres (15 psig radiator cap), typical for engine coolant systems, water boils at around 250oF

You should only need to do it one time.
