i have 08 xb 12scg love it. mod i have is full micron exhaust with air box mod and ecmspy cable need some help on map to run with these mod any one have good base map with these mods?

I didn't know you could use ecmspy on 08 ecm's now. News to me.

I have been unsuccessful with my '08 XB12XT.
I keep getting a "firmware mismatch" error.

man that suck that mean i wasted some money with chopping up my air box and the micron exhaust might have to sell the parts off bike runs like crap dam this sucks

Well, you can usually run an aftermarket muffler with no problems -- it's when you add in the increased air intake with a K&N and such that problems arise. If you go back to a stock air intake your '08 ECM should be able to handle it fine.

Uh, don't believe anything anyone is saying. ECMSpy works fine with the '08 and I've been pulling tunes and datalogging things without any problems. I'm about to install a Micron exhaust too... how does your bike run without tuning it?

Have you driven it on the hwy since you installed the stuff?

The ECM needs time to learn.

it run ok but just down low it stumble and rumbles it scary to pull out in front of traffic i ran it for 25 mins above 3k i love the sound of this bike ill put and vid up later

Correction regarding my previous comment about "don't believe anything anyone else is saying..." I think there could be an issue with older '08 ECMs, but mine doesn't seem to be an issue.

Try to datalog the bike while riding it with your laptop. You want to capture the bike in the act of stumbling and rumbling down low. Should be able to figure out whether it needs to be leaned out or richened up in certain areas of the map.
