I just got a new helmet, and it is flat black. I am going to go get it air brushed, but i need some ideas. i was thinking of doing some blue and silver to match the bike, with maybe the buell logo some where. Any pics will help. Thanks steve | ||

I don't think anything is safe around here! I can't wait until my bike is fixed so I can wear my helmet rather than look at it. It certainly ain't as nice as the ones pictured above. Gregg | ||

I went from glossy black to silver/grey/black to white/silver. Each time I went lighter in color I noticed my head stayed a little bit cooler. Also reflective accents are always a good idea. Arai RX7 -- originally white, custom painted gloss black with custom graphics, air brushing, and pin striping by a local I know. The red is actually a type of mirrored red plastic that you can see you reflection in, put under multiple clear coats.  Next helmet will have an even bigger graphics -- would like the Pegasus to take up the whole side of the helmet. Now I jut need to find a helmet I like -- nothing fits like my RX7! the skull helmet is actually tattoodnscrewd's it is cool looking but your sight is limited alot! i'd still wear it once in awhile! and the flight helmet is spidy's(bastard wont let me get my hands on it, lol) he brought it all the way to badness just so i could make a few laps on the bike with it on. those skull helmets were on ebay for awhile. not sure if they still are. they were NOT cheap especially with the shipping from i think it was brazil or something | ||
