I got a call today from tech support just out of the blue. It was a follow up call and they were wondering how the bike was doing. Now thats great customer relations in my book! I thanked him on the phone and want to thank them again. I also know now that they do read some of these threads on Badweb. They do value our feedback on there products. Thanks again Buell!

Cobradave93, bike still not perfect. Buell thinks that when the flash was done that the wrong one was put in. I watched them do the flash so I do know that it was done but don't know if they might have just replaced the original program with the same one. Called the dealership today and am taking the bike in tomorrow to try the flash again.

Buell calling me to see how the bike was doing was really cool. Don't think you would get that from Honda or Yamaha!

Yeah, and executives from Honda and Yamaha don't come out and ride with you or share a beer either. Even though I have not owned a Buell since '04, I still lurk here and ride with Buell owners (because they are truly the most fun and best owners!).

Since the Uly-T has finally come out (I previously had an '00 S3T), I have already contacted my old dealer and am working on a new one. I can't wait!
