I use a BMW jacket called the Venting Machine. It's mesh with CE armor, and good for 65 degrees F and up. I'm very happy with it.

I been using a REV'IT Airforce jacket. I got it from A & S cycles in CA. last year. Performes excellent in HOT & HUMID weather. I was in Key West last week & felt comfortable In mid 80's all week. Rain liner works very well. It's designed in Holland, so the fit is "snug". which is what I was looking for.

I've been using the Icon Ti max2 for a year now and it's very good on hot and humid weather. We are in the caribbean , so we hardly see temperature drop below75 deg F.
Really like it.

I bought a Vanson mesh jacket with armor last summer. The only drawback is that it has no pockets. But it is very comfortable.

I would vote for vanson.Between my wife and I we own 4 of their jackets. The mesh ones are great on long rides in the Texas heat. More times than not I wear my vanson bones jacket. Most of my rides are real short (30 minutes or less) And the bones jacket really stands out to other drivers.
Another plus for you is they are a local company.

Few years ago, I got this Motoport Bodyguard armored liner thing at the Motorcycle Show.
It's a mesh inner jacket, with armor.
I cover it with a shell of whatever is suitable for the weather. It turns almost any garb into motorcycle apparel: Jean jacket, nylon windbreaker, sweatshirt, any kind of shell you got. Pretty handy. Never crashed in it. This was before all the Joe Rocket Phoenix style jackets came out. The advantage of it is, it can be used for winter too, all seasons, not just summer. Put it under a down jacket, or unlined black leather, whatever.

Since then, I got a Motoport Air Mesh Kevlar jacket, it is fantastic for flowing air, feels like wearing a t-shirt, but still feels rugged as all git out. Works extremely well. I got my jacket on ebay, but am buying the matching over-pants from Motoport (now called Cycleport.)

Fieldsheer for me -- mesh for summer, full armor for every time else. Haven't tested it yet but I have gone down in a Firstgear and it held up well after a half-block slide. Still have it actually. I recommend both.

I wear a mesh jacket made for Triumph called the Rochester. It's great, with two chest pockets, two hand warmer pockets, adjustable snaps for upper arms, forearm zippers and a neck snap. It has armor in the elbows and shoulder and a back pad. It has tons of air flow and fits tight enough that I can pull a windbreaker or even my non-armored leather jacket over for cooler weather. Mine's a few years old and doesn't have Triumph all over it like the new ones do. Great jacket, though. The only problem is that it has a zipper to attach to pants and the zipper on the jacket is the same side of the zipper as came on my Buell "Adventure" pants. (I recommend those as well.)

Vdiddy I just bought a Kevlar suit that is better protection than leather, this place www.motoport.com makes the only kevlar suits aproved for racing,

I got mine two weeks ago and like it allot, I also got the optional rain liner to go with it and velcro on the knees for sliders on the track,

they just came out with a police t shirt that is kevlar and has padding but I got the year round riva jacket and police pants and they zip together around the waist and I can use them to race,

look them up and see if your azz is worth it.

I also live in Peabody Mass so if near by you can take a look at my gear.

I got my Motoport/Cycleport overpants, and they are awesome. Other than the pockets, it's just like an Aerostich except made of Kevlar mesh instead of cordura. Really worth the money, I have worn them several times over just shorts. Amazing.

Hey Guy's I agree with Jayvee I recently got a motoport suit, I had a teknic gortex suit and had burnt some holes in it from the hot pipes and I am not sure but I wrapped my headers anyway so it will not happen,

I have the new 1125R and the drag strip rules are if the bike will go under 11 seconds you need a full leather or kevlar suit,

I was use to the teknic texile suite and when I put on my leathers they felt heavy and restrictiv plus leather sucks when it gets wet,

so I went on a search for a kevlar suite and found motoport, there ad sounded to good to be true and did not expect how nice the meterial is, I expected something rough but is very comfortable,

I have only had it a few weeks and I can either wear just a underwear or long johns which I thought would make the suit comfortable to wear and is 100% cotton so I thought this would work good but found out I did not even need that,

anyway I bought a one piece undersuit that is good for year round weather and I went for a couple hundred mile ride and the temps were in the 80's and I was fine and I could feel the air coming through the suite,

I got the optional rain gear liners but have not used them yet but they say the suite will dry in five minits riding on the bike and most Guy's do not use the rain gear over 80 degrees but is made to breath so you can were it,

I have the two piece rain liner and thinking of getting the one piece rain suit just to make sure I stay dry but they are garanteed to keep you dry,

the also claim that with there other cold weather liner you do not need heated gear and I am going to get it when fall comes, I have a fully heated suite but my bike will not power everything so I either have to ride my buell blast backup bike which does heat all my gear or hopefully there suite will keep me warm and I will not need to be connected.

Anyway anyone looking for the best protection and comfort and even style motoport seems to have it coverd,

I got the police pants and riva jacket and had it custom made with no reflection material so the suit is all black and zips around the waist so I can use just the jacket or the whole suit and they say even the best suite is no good if you are uncomfortable wearing it and there for do not were it when you should and this suite is something that I put on unless I ride to seven elevin 1/4 mile away, I also got the velcro on the pants for knee sliders and is the only suite that you can were besides leather to race.

So it was expensive but I think it is well worth what I paid and hope I do not have to find out how good it is in a crash,

also my teknic suit is 600 denier and aerostich suit is 500 so the teknic was better but would not breath and after getting wet took a long time to dry.

You Guy's probably think I work for motoport by all I have said but I do not just think it is the best suite there is for me.

Mike
suits padding but they just came out with something better

riva jacket

police pants

I do not know which one this is but you can have as many pocket that you want put on when you order it

Eventually you'll end up with Aerostich. You may want to take a close look at them. Top quality and always work perfectly.

I've used them from -19oF to +120oF.
