target fixation= If you are on a group sport ride and you are looking/watching/following him, happens at the track too, quit it you are target fixating on him. look past, watch the road ahead. Ride your ride not his. |

Hmmm... I thought my rear brake was feeling a little squishy and chalked it up to a need to bleed. I just took a look at my new (1 week old) pads, and the inner pad HAS NO PAD. Just the pad's plate up against the rotor, scraping the rotor to oblivion. Now I need new pads AND a new rotor. Apparently the new inner pad must've blown apart. Keee-rap!!! |

That's too bad You can likely get a new rotor for about $100. |

They were the Ferodo Sintered Metal that American Sport Bike carries. I emailed Al asking how we can correct this situation... hoping for free replacement pads and a new rotor at cost (fingers crossed), but we'll see when he gets back to me. In the meantime, anybody got a rear rotor they can part with? I've got Baggermike's on my watch list (thanks for the linkup), but I really don't need the front one and I don't feel like waiting out the auction. In other news: I'll take you up on the CityX bars, Torque. Whaddya want for 'em? I'll PM my address. |

I was gonna tell you you're crazy for paying for the new rotor out right when it was a poor quality part that caused the damage... |

I don't want to sell it but I'll let you borrow it for a little while. I need it for the spare rim that is coming in this week. |

So do you need it or not? Yes I have an extra rim to do burnouts with but that is only for folks with belts. Go pull your chain by yourself. |

He already has a complete parts bike he could rob a rear rotor from..... Not like anyone is going to even ride that bike this year anyways.... I predict it will sit as long/if not longer, as that other crap box he had... ****Jim thanks for snaking that material from me ya BASTAGE!!!! Friggin Yankee Fans....They are all the same...

Give me 10 bucks and you can have half. I don't need much of it. 1 square foot should be good enough for me. I just need enough for the 2 low profile scoops and the openings on my airbox cover. |

I'll pick it up tonight. You two ladies can mud-wrestle to see who gets it. |
