The Saron and D&D exhausts are nice, but I am holding out for the V-MOD exhaust which is in the works. It should be out in the next couple months. They are also working on an tuner to get all the performance out of the pipe.

Vmod does some good work, but imo it looks like a import car exhaust can... I do think the factory exhaust looks great on the bike, not to mention that it flows very well even with ecm tweaks even for racing, see Steve Creviers bike. I don't think their is anything out their that is going to make more power, just need something like the SERT for us to play with, or wait for the Buell engineers to fully refine the current ecm... I am not saying this because we already sell the Saron pipe, but that exhaust will need a serious tuner to get any power from it. It is far too short to make any kind of mid range improvement, and I would bet it is very very loud! The only way to get more power than the already good (apart from being mild steel!) stock pipe is by incorporating extra volume or length. That exhaust does neither I'm afraid |

Trojan Is a Reverso in the works (to increase length) or is it not really a possibility on this bike??? |

The things you guys mentioned (length, mid-range, etc.) may be the reason the pipe is not out yet. It was supposed to be out by Datona '08, but they are still working on it. The final product may be totally different than the one pictured. We will see what happens. I would like a louder pipe than the stock with no performance loss. I do not mind the stock pipe; I would just like to be able to hear the bike more. |

Maybe they can come out with a high performance or racing version of the stock pipe. |

Yeah, I emailed Micron today too. They said they have NO plans to make a system for the 1125R... |

Jerseyguy just bought the bike on ebay and is going to use it as a Drummer test mule. |

Trojan Is a Reverso in the works (to increase length) or is it not really a possibility on this bike??? Oh Yes I have already seen seen pictures of the prototype 'double reverso' already, and although I am sworn to secrecy and can't tell you any detail, I can tell you it is a stunning looking full system. It is currently being race and dyno tested so more details should be available soon |

Cool. I love the reverso idea. 'Double reverso' sounds twice as good. |

My D&D goods VERY nice but I'm running rough. The shop I got the bike from assured me I won't do any engine damage until I can get a tuner. Is this correct??? |
