Found this on another Buell forum, not sure if it is okay to post links to another forum. I dont know the truth behind it kinda looks like a photochop, but hey I like that exhaust... V/R, Nick (Message edited by nxtr on May 21, 2008) Removed link, posted pic, which was from a different site altogether. Thanks. (Message edited by Blake on May 22, 2008) |

It looks photo-choped to me, but WOW what an improvement it is over a the released version. Interesting the lines chosen to balance things out. I would buy that tomorrow, at $11,999, but not $50,000 |

photo chop all the way. look at the front. no brake lines, no visible throttle cables.... good idea though, makes it look good with those lines.... if buell would offer a few color options i think it might look better anyway....just me... |

yeah I am going to say fake all the way to but the way it integrates a fairing below the air intake is cool looking but I like it the way it is now maybe a few different color options but thats it |

The same rumour and drawings appeared on Raptors & Rockets here: http://www.raptorsandrockets.com/News/2008/2008_Bu ell_Motorcycles.htm |

This is a PS piece fo sho. As far as I know, Buell doesn't bolt fairing parts to the frame. (look at the edge of the fairing where the frame puck would sit) |

Trojan made it clear that it was nothing more than a what if PS. It is still interesting non the less... I am sure that in due time there will be considerable bolt on stuff for the 1125R. As I said in the first post I still like the exhaust... V/R, Nick |

It's totally obvious its not real understood. I think the excitement is in the possibilities. Understood the bolt may not be where a designer (one with style) places it in a prototype vs the final engineering. |

Last I checked they were already bolting farings onto 25Rs in Germany. The bike does look nice with a full faring, though I haven't seen one that retains the 25Rs headlights -- which to me make the 25R unique -- otherwise it's just another BMW/Duc/Aprilia/etc...silly people trying to make a Buell look mainstream. btw, nobody seems to have noticed the lack of a hugger on that PS image...can we say a rock through the battery? lol, thats a "special" edition. |

If you could eliminate the heat exchangers that might work. |

Can someone PM Eric and tell him to make this for 2009! All he has to do is this and ceramic coat the headers! |
