See the level of customization it takes to get people to look at your bike when you've got one of 30 in the parking lot or at a gathering : http://www.superstreetbike.com/custombikes/0804_sb kp_2007_suzuki_hayabusa/index.html How much $$$ does it take to do something like this to your bike... just to be different? |

Takes a lot of money to be "different in every sense". What I really like is the PSP for his ass. (Message edited by ft_bstrd on May 21, 2008) |

It's an OCC version of a sportbike. "Hey how much crap do you think we can stick on this bike?" It looks like it crashed into a Best Buy. |

I'm a Custom lover of all types. The imagination that goe's into them, the money, the functions. The Busa is the number 1 sportbike in the world that get customized. I won't knock these guys that do this. It just another form of our great Sport, hobby, and most of all release. It brings something else to the table. Just like us with our Buell's. I don't knock them. I don't like when they knock our Buell's. |

I don't have to tear the guy down to say I don't like it. Obviously there was a lot of effort and time put into it, but that doesn't mean it was done right for me. What I do like is the styling stuff that serves a purpose - the speaker box is cool, the bats look like turn signals or something, the ball is a gas cap, etc. What I don't like is the glove sewn to the seat - it looks like a total afterthought and a cheesey execution. The paint is also awful - it's a great paint job, but all those wiggly stripes break up the natural lines of the bike and you can't see the curves that well anymore. Interesting concept though. |

I think the worst part is the paintjob itself, and of course the game system. The smoke machine is freakin' cool, as well as the speakers. I'd love to paint it red and black, take it someplace crowded at night, hit the smoke, crank up Michael Jackson's Thriller, and make the pneumatics dance. That would be priceless. ~SM |

i wonder who the @$$ pirate is who rides that thing. my opinion of a custom today is making something different in a way that FUNCTIONS better for however you use it. im sure sure what that thing would be good at other than blowing fuses. |

this things got nothing to do with a motorbike, its just an object for this dude to spend his money on. fair call if he has enough money to throw around like that, and i like a dropped, stretched and boosted busa as much as the next man, but waaaaaaaay OTT. |
