To answer your question, I would give the windscreen an 8 or 9 out of ten. There are no huge scratches or scuff marks.

Translucent:
1.permitting light to pass through but diffusing it so that persons, objects, etc., on the opposite side are not clearly visible: Frosted window glass is translucent.

If the rims were translucent, you would be able to see right into the tyres.
