Just thought I would share my T-rex stand mods. The T-Rex are just about wide enough for the 1125r swingarm but I wanted a little more room so I trimmed a little:

The next issue was the swingarm would slide on the rubber lift points when I wrenched on the bike. It never really fell off, just slid forward until it was a pain to get the stand up and out. Someone mentioned about drilling a hole and running a screw through the swingarm to keep the stand from sliding. Welllll, I really don't like to tempt fate with drilling on load bearing structures. I had a few small c-clamps around and they keep me from slip sliding awaaaay.

Now I'm set for tire changing and V35 bag mountingthis weekend!!

Neil, thanks for the c-clamp tip. I changed the tires yesterday getting ready for VIR on Monday and Tuesday. The c-clamp did the trick and kept the bike from sliding on the stand.

After trying the c-clamp trick I decided to add some 1/4" key stock 1.0" long on the boss on the underside of the swing arm. A little JB-quick and I'll be set. Picts 2 follow.

The c-clamp deal work great. No slippy-sliding on my Pitbull while I replaced the tire today.

Thanks for the tip.
