Hi everyone I finally got my self a Buell after years of waiting I finally got one. Any way I was wondering if you can get a race ECM for an 03 XB9R? the buell website says o4 and up. Does anyone have any help on the situation? I will post some pics as soon as I can. thanks for the help

I have one in my 03 xb9r I found mind on eBay for under 100.00. Must be careful on eBay of course but I have had good experience with buellers on eBay as well. I just bought mine last year with 2000 on it and I am nearing 10,000 right now. I love it and ride it daily.

i would also check you wheel bearings. i cant see in your pick what color they are, but they should be orange. if they are black they need to be updated. it wasnt a recall persay, but it was something that you were able to have the buell dealer do at no charge. check into it.

and as far as the ecm goes. what exhaust/modds are you planning on going with. there are better options than the race ecm if you can swing it.

Drummer. =D

I have an '03 XB9R that once upon a time was blue. It's had the stock can, Buell Pro-Series Race can, and (finally and currently) a Drummer. I can't compare between anything but those three, but among them I like the Drummer the most. I run the Buell Race ECM and a K&N filter with it.
