Didn't we ride with you once before and we lost you right away? I don't know if I can ride that far and not ride all day in the twisties. You know what those are? got any good routes?
I think you old geezers had more seat time on the couch spooning, than you did on the bikes... |

Shawn,Eric has been in a rare mood.He's funny too!
Holy COW! WEll boys,we can't pass that offer.I say we just DO it! C'mon!
We could head from Shawn's east over to Scott's if he'd be around.Otherwise,Shawn has plenty of time to prepare a loop.
Later on,we southern  can have him down here.I know it's ONLY a couple hours away,but with our typical pace,could be exhausting.But,Eric,we DID do the Mt. Washington dealio in a day(very long one) |

DAMN, need to put something together for when I get home...
I have been stuck down here in South Texas(hot, straight, flat roads)....
I am counting days till the bikes will be loaded in the back of the truck, and brought back home...
Need to make sure
Only pre-requisite I have, is working around Tripp's schedule... will be a little over 3 years since the old crew seen me...

O.K. my NEBO brothers heres's my proposal and invitation to you all: what are your plans for memorial day weekend?
what i was thinking was if you guys wanted to head up on friday the 23RD and crash at my place we could get in a good saturday of riding.
of coarse a good bonfire would be in order and i will supply food and drink, anything else is in you court()and a good breakfast before takeoff in the am. i know it's tough for all of us to get together at the same time but let me know if it's something we can make happen.
got plenty of space for tentin if ya want or couches, floor space, even a spare bedroom....jim and eric can decide who wants to be the big spoon!

hey worst case we get a good long ride in on sat and if everyone is beat you guys spend another night and head out sunday.
ERIC you at least have to think about it, it took me a while to convince the wife you guys aren't a bunch of freaks!(being married to me for 10 years she usually fears the worst of the people i hang out with)
and yes i can find some twisties for ya

Thanks Tripp stopped into Westport today, they had the the brain bucket I was looking for. Now it's time to put to rest my 15 year old bucket. |

I think I may be able to pull it off. I'll need to get some more tire's again by then. Friggin story of my life!
These Dragon Super Corsa's are waaaaaay soft. I rode a week to work and have a flat spot already! (not one burn out either...Really, I swear!)
But DAMN are they sticky Mo Fo's!

almost done w/ oil leak, soon secretia will be lucretia again!
pulled front rockbx and cam cover last night, and sho nuff the gasket was completely deteriorated, will slap in new metal upgrade tonite and be done with it! |

I have the kids that weekend so won't be able to head off on a ride with you guys. You can certainly stop by and we can do a beach ride or something short.
Of course there is a Streetfighter bracket race for bikes at NED on Saturday the 24th.
I believe Jim is considering heading up here next weekend to do one with me (Sat the 17th).
Anybody else who might be interested - chime in. You can come up early Sat. or come up Fri. night and camp or grab floor space at my place or campgrounds right around the corner from me.
Of course NED has Street night on Wed. and Fri. nights if that works better for any of you. |
