235. But I have to use the next tighter hole on my belt. I've been eating too late. That is my biggest problem. My wife usually gets home from work at 6:00. She insists on cooking supper which hits the table about 8:00. Just too late in the day. I usually work until about 7:00. I tried to stop work and eat by 5:30, then go back to work until about 8:00, but she comes home and gets upset because I ate already and she is going to cook anyways. Crap. |

Vern try making LUNCH the big meal, dinner can be lighter and easier to fix. IE lunch is the salsbury steak and potato W Gravy & vegt. Dinner is a salad or a small sandwhich, the idea is light and easy the truth is most of us are not farmers yet we eat like we are ( big meals ) fix the stuff for the heavy meal on the weekend as time permits then reheat for lunch & supper as desired so it takes 15 min to fix dinner, today for the old dog, coffee & oatmeal - a Banana to go with small serving mixed nuts (planters you perv) salisbury steak healthy choice meal mixed nuts again ~ 2:30 sugar low more nuts dinner, Sallad lots of olives / meat / crutons/ pickle wedges [ prep time 10:00 ] box of rasins for a bed time snack bottled water VS sweet tea or black coffee for lunch or dinner, in my case NO Caffene when and how much is important, gotta get excersize too ( i sit on my butt most days infront of the boob box ) We wont talk about the weekend though cheese burgers , cokes, pop corn and a huge breakfast saturday AM no not a word........ |

been goofing off for the most part for the past couple weeks but still maintaing, was 168.4 this morning. need some new motivation to get down a few more pounds. |

I don't get a "lunch". I have to grab and run, or I eat later, or nothing. I have been trying to eat something for breakfast every morning, but these days of self-employment are tough for time to do anything. Schedules are not do-able for me until things pick up enough to put employees back in place. I don't necessarily eat bad stuff. Just can't time anything now. Kinda like the one arm paper hanger in a wind storm. |

Eat more oranges!!! AKA colon cleaners! FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT It takes more calories to burn alot of fruit than it gives you. (veggies too) Another trick is to drink a FULL glass of water right before you eat a meal, then you wont eat as much to get that full feeling. |

Interesting thought about the fruit, it also helps if you crave some thing sweet, I read the deal about the water say 20 minutes before a meal good point Mark, How is race prep going? |

Got a set of Corsa III's waiting for me at the dealer and a set of EBC brake pads on order. I'm working a KTM dealer day at Mid-Ohio for Sportbike Track Time in a couple of weeks. That should get the cobwebs out of my head before my first race of the season (May 31st) I just need to go over the bike a little and I should be good to go! |

Gary would kick a fat old guy laying in a gutter just to say he did it. Douche Canoes are like that. And if he lost any weight he would be flapping like a flag behind his handle bars! And I cannot do cheese. It doesn't help my condition. Also I do not drink wine(whine to some). Let us not confuse whine with shine. Yeah, I'll try some of the light nukem' lunches next time I go to town. I can't store them up though, my seventeen year old son is like a food spy I cannot hide anything in the fridge that will not disappear if it looks good. Maybe hiding it in a brown paper bag would help. |

That BMI chart is kicking my a$$. According to that chart I need to be below 174.... I'm happy that my wife just picked up some 34" waist jeans for me and they aren't tight! 200 by Homecoming!!! |

lost another 5 lbs this week, at 285 now. that's 36 lbs lost in 37 days for those of you keeping score at home. |

back to 235 lbs, still a 20 lb loss since the first of the year. goal is to be under 200 by Buelltober fest.... (and healthy doing it, not the drastic wt cutting we used to do for wrestling) |
