this is a self made RACE TRACK ONLY bike assembled in my home garage. this is the mods list : 88 engine (millenium), ported heads , roller rocker arms(s&s), modified throttle body , long swingarm , remapped ecu , new ohlins/2xbrembo front end with bigger clamps , used wp rear shock , used matris steering damper , new chain conversion (both , a 520 chain set from freespirits and another one self made in 530 chain) with a lot of different gearings , z.g. double bubble plexy, double oil cooler ...and a bellypan on the way. all done , adjusted and mounted in my garage except lighten and balancing the crank and boring the cases. GREAT satisfaction bye Alessio

Okay, not a Buell, and not running, but it could make a good down payment in a couple months. |

I love the two strokes! Had 9 GT750s in my shed last year. Finally sold em off but kept 1 that I've restored. Would love to get my hands on an Indy like that! And a Kaw 750 triple, Suzy RG500, Aprilia RS250, etc etc. But my next resto is actually a 73 Beemer, R75/5. Gonna make her a cafe, 70's style. |

Its a ram air set-up into a 42hsr..took awhile to get the top end jetting right from the ram air. On the dyno it was spot on. on the road at speed,it was lean (two sizes up on the main jets and on clip on the needle)

Hey Illeagle: Your bike is so clean, nice work. Have you ever cooked a clutch cable? It looks pretty close to the exhaust the way you have it ran inside the frame. Just an FYI; Stock the clamp was on the outside of that mount, look at Darkhorses above. Your clutch pull may be easier, not bending in so many spots too... |
