For sale 1995 S-2 Thunderbolt. Well,I never thought the day would come,but I need to sell my S-2. Between my hasty retirement,divorce,and new business I am in need of cash. So my loss is your gain.The amount of time and money into this bike is incalculable. This is probably leaving things out but here goes-- Just finished a ground up on the bike. All new motor with less than 4000 miles.1250 cc Revolution performance cylinders,stage 3 Xb style heads by Aaron Wilson with external oil return lines,XB rocker covers, Red Shift cams with Jims rockers and lifters, adjustable pushrods. Mikuni carb and NRHS billet backing plate. K&N tall filter,billet carb holdown. S&S crank and rods,balanced with crank scraper.New,updated oil pump. Dyna 2000 single fire ignition and coil,Screaming Eagle wires,Champion racing plugs, NHRS billet timing cup. Billet clutch basket and front engine pulley,Barnett clutch,new primary chain. Baker 6 speed trans. 26 tooth front pulley, billet rear pulley. Jaz catch can. Frame and fairing stay were powdercoated black with all new painted black bodywork,custom stainless license plate bracket. Banke frame brace, steering damper. Metmachex Billet rear swingarm(very rare). Dual front 6 piston ISR calipers and rotors on a Marchesini racing wheel–(over 1000 dollars worth of parts right here) also have a stock Buell dual disc set-up,( priceless!) new in the packaging with the mirror image PM caliper—very rare!!! Stock front PM wheel as well. Rear dual piston PM caliper.Rear PM wheel. All new bearings in steering stem and swingarm,new isolators. Early S-2 billet top triple clamp, high touring bars. All oil lines are braided stainless. Front forks redone by Aftershocks with Racetech springs, rear Penske shock (stock WP shock included.) Banke shifter and rear brake pedal. Buell race header and muffler. Corbin and stock seats,new RKA tank bag, I have multiple boxes of extras for this bike, extra white frame,complete set of red bodywork, all stock parts including swingarm,shock,seat,muffler, brakes,front wheel,nearly enough for another bike. Manuals. Extra sideplates and kickstand.Quiksilver carb. Bike has approx 20,000 miles on it. Beautiful and fast. 8000.00 for everything. 6000.00 for bike only, 5000.00 for bike only with stock front wheel,brakes,and swingarm. will post pics later. I can't believe the speed that the other S2 (street and strip) got snapped up that this one hasn't flown out the door faster (bigger motor notwithstanding). Post a pic, Jim. Maybe dyno numbers? That "bike alone" price is the same as I paid you for mine, considering the way the US/Canada exchange rate has moved. Say... maybe you'll just trade me. I so wish I could...... | ||

Well it turns out I do actually have the cash to buy it. I forgot about about my son's college tuition fund. I'm trying to convince him to take another year off. He's agreed if I give him an allowance and don't charge him rent anymore. Further work required. | ||
