Well, the paint on the muffler is giving way, so I'm electing to have it Jet-Hot coated. Turn around time is three weeks. What am I going to do!? The girl already said I can borrow her bike, but something tells me there might be a little left to be desired power-wise on her Ninja 250, lol. |

A Ninja 250 is better than no wheels. Go for it and the Buell will be a 'new' bike in three weeks... |

Yeah, why is my muffler rusting too? Only had the bike a year and a half. I figure flat black stove pipe paint should hide the rust. TI Force would be a better solution. Hex |

Sounds great to me! send off your stuff, ride a 250 for a while (and save on gas) then when you get your bike back and going it will feel like you just bought her, and that shit eating grin will get bigger as you twist that throttle further and further.... |

Sounds like a coulda, woulda, shoulda had it done last winter situation to me. Yeah, didn't notice it until I was about to leave for MBV, and put it off from them so I could 'till the Ninja was on the road so I'd at least have something. I'm sure I'll only appreciate it more once I have it back. |

I hear the little 250's are a fun ride to play and work with. |
