Just a few pic's to share of Cody, Mikes son. You know he is just like his Dad, already at 6 he is having his first run in with the law, I guess he needs to slow down! Or maybe not!!!! Also here's a picture of him competing in his first thundercross, he was dragging peg! Enjoy Kimberlie (Mike's wife) |

Bob, A good used '97 Daytona or a '99 X-3 would be a nice ride. As would a brand new Suzuki SV650 or Yamaha FZ-1. I don't really know. Actually, I really figured I'd get my bike back and I don't have a back up plan. Right now it looks like my bike is a goner and Lyle's bike could go either way (his frame isn't bent). I don't know nuthin', Lyle don't know nuthin', nobody knows nuthin'. Thanks for asking. |

Had a great time at SPLASH. I appologize for missing the party on Saturday night but I sat down in the motel room and sort of lost my chin. I was up at 0630, had breakfast at the Peter Inn and was down the road at 0800, through Ranier Nat'l Park and home. Thanks so much Chris and Loni, it was really great getting to know you better. Okay, I've decided to sell my S-3 and get a Speed Triple. I love the Buell, it runs great, but I am drawn by super natural powers toward the Triumph. Ray, want an S-3? $5000.00 Ricki, Do you have a Speed Triple for sale? Give me the details Mike, You sold me. You were telling me about several Speed Tripples for sale. Can you tell me who has them? If they are dealers, do they have a website? And lastly, I really enjoyed seeing familiar faces and making new friends. I will hopefully be seeing everyone again at Border raid. |

BUELLNUTS- Boy do I ever know how demanding Mike is (after 12+ yrs of marriage), but he is a keeper! It was such a turn on to see him with those Mettle Shoes, they will probably become a regular item in the Victoria Secret catalog (men's section) once the word gets out. You could make millions - or maybe ONE MILLION DOLLARS (said with my best Dr Evil voice). Hey I didn't know it was an option on the ride for you to take care of him at night, I'll have to remember that! I can't wait to smell exhaust and taste the rubber from the riders in front of me, heck even a bug or two. I wish I could go on Border Raid, sounds like it might be a little far for me just yet. If I could find someone to take Cody to church camp and someone to watch Cameron I would go in a heart beat. You and Debbie need to come down so I can keep practicing. Thanks again for encouraging me and all you did this weekend for not only me but Mike too! You are truly a geniune friend and I know Mike appreciates that! Kimberlie ps.. Mike says I should change my screen name any suggestions Bob or Deb? |

Kimberlie Border Raid needs you. Hey all you have to do is get Cody off to camp and bring Cameron up to Vancouver with you. He could stay with my wife and 4 yr old son Joey. They would have a great time and you and Mike could too. Problem solved! It was so cool having you out on SPLASH that Border Raid just can't be missed. The invitation to stay at our house also goes out to Mike and youself obviously. Cheers, and see ya in September. FunJimmy |

Fun Jimmy - That is very nice of you to offer Cameron to come too! Did I fail to mention he is only 7 months old? He doesn't strap on to well to the SV and the long car ride that would be a drag - eh! Cody is willing to go to camp with some of our friends from church and I will be checking with the Grandma's to see if they want little Cameron for a few days. I'll keep you posted. Kimberlie |

Glad to see that Splash was such a success. I MISS MY BIKE! And youse guys. On the positive side, my trip to Edmonton co-incided with a party that an old friend throws that turned out to be a cross betweeen a Frat party and a swingers club. 900 people in attendance, more than 2/3 women. Pics available on request. Not enough to make me miss Splash next year, though. I'll be looking forward to seeing you all for Border Raid. Got Funjimmy's ZRX shocks mounted up (Thanks again, Jim) and I'm ready to take on all comers! Sportyeric, signing in from Kelowna. |

Hey! Was great SPLASHing with all of you... as usual. Chris and Loni, excellent BBQ thanks for going to the trouble of feeding us hungry bikers. Bob, your new twist on the route ROCKS! Looking forward to it for next year. Kim, thanks for posting the pix of Cody. You must be so proud! Gotta teach him how to outrun the cops now. I'm in the process of getting the photos back. Anyhow... Don is feeling better about wadding his bike. Not such a big deal, it's only money, right? Right? Looks like there's alot of that Buell swapping to Triumph thinking going on... Take care all, I'll let you know when the photos are up! |

The Psalm of Buell The Pegasus is my cycle I shall not want another It maketh me to lie down on muddy roads It skideth' when beside the deep waters It ruineth my nerves and leadeth me down paths of idiocy for its names sake Yea though I ride through the valleys I push up the hills It's motor and loose muffler they torture me and in the presence of mine enemies It teacheth me to fear the fast Limies It anointest my clothig with oil Its oil runeth over Yea verily the monster will curse me all the days of my life and shall dwell near a parts house forever |

Additude - Yes both Mike and I are very proud. Last night the boys did a little riding and Mike did a little Hot Shoe'n for Cody. Metal draggin' on concrete sure is noisy! I video taped Mike riding Cody's KLX 110 (?), he was busy working on his Rothwell routine for Donner (Hee-Hee). Good to here Don is well. How is Eva? Sparropie (Galen)- I do remember when you made a pit stop to pick up Mike on your way down to Donner with Bob & Debi. Cody got to escort you guys down the street, heck maybe someday I'll get to ride with you? I'm trying to swing the Border Raid thing not sure how I will stand up to that long of a ride. Grandma said if she can get the days off she'll take care of the boys. Loni-Debi lets get together so my A _ _ can get good and seasoned and I can get more practice. I know I would enjoy myself more if my skills were improved and I didn't hold everyone up. Slow or not though I'm having a SV good time and it can only get better! Kimberlie |
