It's the GD global warming. Why else would it be snowing in mid April. I finally put my new recall replacement front tire on the X1. I put the new licence plate on. As soon as it's not threatening to snow I may go for a ride. This weather sucks!  H | ||

I remember back in the seventy's when we had unusually cold weather. Everyone thought we were going into another ice age. When I lived in CA in the sixty's eveyone thought anything west of the SA fault line would slide into the Pacific ocean. They even had a date when it would happen. I like to just think the sky is falling. The sky IS falling you know.  Anybody know where I can get some bullet holes for my KLR ? Joe. | ||

Well I have been tracking my new shocks travels across America, and it looks like it should be here TOMMOROW!  I will then be READY for the up-comming Sonoma Fest trip of a lifetime!  I've been saving my pennys, and telling my kids I'm broke ...what they don't know can't hurt me, hee hee This  is s'possed to clear up by Saturday, and the sun will make an un-precedented apperance. I will be out breakin' in above mentioned shock! | ||

Destination Fife service department says they should have my bike finished tomorrow... I'd love to ride with you Galen. I'm probably going to be taking a few newbies around on Saturday morning. OH MY GOD! After a short test run on the new Works... well that's better than a pocket full of majic beans. Felt so smoooth, I hadn't realized all the pounding I felt coming up through the seat wasn't a part of the Buell Riding Experience. Shazbot! I'm gona go out tomorrow and run up to some of the local twisties and do some testing. But it's already the shiznit baby! Paul, it's a date for Saturday. Let me know when and I'll be there. Jimmy, good god, man! That is freakin' beautiful! Can't wait to hear it!...  Went on a great little roll, over, under, through, and out this wk'nd. Chameleon, me, and the guy what I can't remember his name found an old tavern in an old town, Carbinado, at the bottom of the Carbon Glacier on Mt.Tac-homa. The lizard mentioned above rode a 1125R, and the big fella was on a super-clean '98 CBR. Both of these guys are smart riders who will not accidently kill one of us on a ride.  We found some good, open twisties before we got home. I must report that Betty is a new joy to ride. I've picked up 10 mph easily, and with high confidence. I'm ready to start draggin' my knee. Brian Unfortunately I’m unable to attend SPLASH this year and even if I could it wouldn’t be on the CB550. As nice as the CB is, it will only reach 100MPH+ on a trailer!  | ||
