FINALLY - I got all the pics.

Tonight...muffler welding...yeah!!! I'll have it all buttoned up so no more 'blowing out' from the end cap...and no more end cap falling off...

I got the exhaust tip cut down (again) last night...it's now level with the bottom of the can...if I hit it now...something REALLY BAD happened!

Muffler is welded shut, ground to a nice finish and re-painted around the grinding...

ok first off my bike is back to black...accept for the heel gaurds till i strip em, no more stripes, no more peg logos...i'm done. but i did pull my air box apart today and painted her up real perty like.

wow, i guess i'm just not meant to ride, i am having the most unbelievable bad luck!!
after spending at least eight hours of labor, that fknbtch is still leaking oil!
i'm beside myself, i've replaced both the feed and return lines, dropped the oil pump twice, and let me tell you what a pain in the ass that is replaced gasket resealed all fittings, used new clamps tight.
so after all that i take it for a test ride, run over something in the road that i could'nt find after, popped my freakin back tire and ruined my cf inner fender!!!!!!!!!
i can't believe this bs!!!!!!
so anyways what is the best hi temp oil line thread sealant in the world!?!?!?!?!?!
i need it desperately, i'm at my wits end, what a bummer...

PERMATEX High Temperature Thread Sealant..I believe it is the "Gold" colored one. ATV High TEmp. Etc..

Your making quite the project out of this.
