The 5 am thing is getting easier and I feel like I've got more go fast going on all day. 6 weeks til race #1 for the season..... Gotta loose the girth.... |

Down from 180 to 168 since the middle of Feb. Three more to go, maybe a couple more. The gut is almost gone. Thanks to whomever for starting this thread, and to my wife for the bathroom scale. It made me realize how much I had blown up for a small boned guy. Jerry, I'll be riding up to the Mill the first weekend of May. Gotta get some more black cherry preserves. Okay if I stop by to say hi to you and Dee? |

Hey Big Boy....Let me hold a dollar! I think my damn scales are stuck, and I am having weight issues. I checked this morning and 236. I got to get one of the kids to get on this scale to see if someone I know weighs in a hundred pounds lighter reads 236! But then I look in the mirror...........F%^&*@# scales! |

still at 168.4 this morning. and i haven't done any walking or exercising for over a week now but that changes today now that all the running around is over with. i'll see the rest of you weight "losers" on the thin side. |

pick all day long,don't eat supper, and try and do most of your exercising in the evening wolf. this week i intend to get to the 165 mark. |

The bummer is I saw 213.5 on the scale Wednesday. I get up at 5, Lift and do the treadmill for 30 min. Repeat in the evening. I've been putting this girth on since 1991.... so its not going to fall of overnight. I blame the Cincy Chili and pasta that I ate yesterday! I'm getting ready to head to TPA for a customer call and this trip always ends up with to much eating & drinking. Next Monday may really SUCK! |

no, it doesn't come off easy. if what your doing is not getting you where you want to be than it's time for a change. of course the chili sounds good so you probably had more than one bowl. how long you gonna be in tampa for. |

how long you gonna be in tampa for. Wed to am Sunday. Got a bunch-O-customers coming in for the Outback Steakhouse Fishing Tournament. All the proceeds benefits the Tampa Bay Watch. Its a lot of fun and it a lot o running. I will make time for Crabby Bills blackened grouper! |

"think POOP" "prunes beby,think prunes" i eat em just about every day at work. good snack and keeps you regular. 167.6 this morning with just a little exercise yesterday. |

Dave I need to check the sheet and be sure that is correct, and that you are on it! Mark rather than skip just limit your intake, in my case one glass of tea( sweet ) vs 3, cut down on the chips & salsa Eat a taco salad VS the three item dinner plate. make it a challenge to your self, a game good luck! |

I finally got a new number! I was stuck at 236 + for the past month or two. This morning I hit 234 for the first time! I haven't been able to work out because my work has become so much more physical and there is nothing left to work with. If I spend energy working out, that is energy not used to make money. I've been doing 12 hour days seven days a week with an occasional break on the weekends to ride for a few hours. |
