Galen, Sat was a great day to ride! and I to heard the calling of the big twin, as I set out on the Cub cadet; cuttin a path of glory, through fields of dreams and mole hills. To create a better Bahchee {sp} ball arena, for champions to gather, and throw back a couple of cold ones! super splash planin sounds good! |

Nice helmet Lonni! How ya guys doing? Fun Jimmy; I have some info about the Isle of Vashon. The event is held the 1st or 2nd week of Sept, the best bet is to check out VME vintage motorcycle enthusiasts. on the web. Its a pretty cool site wth some great classic photos. |

Wicked hat Loni. Flower Power is alive and well! BTW. You could never get lost in the crowd. Duane Thanks for the Vashon link. Those dudes look just like our crowd. Only slower! Hope everyone has their bikes ready for the big thaw. Riding season is just around the snow bank. Jimmy |

I changed the oil and filter on mine. And I stuck some new PP2s on it. It still has last years bugs on it. I need to park it at brother Bobs house. It'll drive him nuts , then he'll wash it. Joe. (Message edited by westerner on April 01, 2008) (Message edited by westerner on April 02, 2008) |

I'm sure yer gettin' sick of hearin' me blather on about how good 'ol Shakey is running. But it's true... it's all true. I don't know if she's turned into somekinda Super Buell, or if she was s'pposed to have been like this all the time, All I can say fer sure is it's a completley different bike now. I have to hold on tight, or she tries to kick me off under hard acceleration. I can't wait to let a couple of yous guys try her out this spring. Big love from T-Town, Galen |

If I dont get out of this house and this weather pretty soon I'm gonna go nuts ! ! Nutseee'r. I did a accidental wheelie on my KLR the other day. Scared the crap out of me. I didnt pee my pants. Eastern Wa sounds good to me. Maybe Wenatchee for a couple days. Bob, I want to do that West Bank ride I told you about. Some excellent trail riding along the way. Maybe we navigate to Vantage once we get to West Bank? When you want to leave? Toward the end of this month there will still be some deep snow on parts of the trail, perfect!! We drag Galen along for giggles a ? Joe. |

Wife and I put 220 miles on her V-Rod on Saturday. My 1125R is in the shop... Busted the belt at a bit over 5300 miles. Needed new rear tire and rear brake pads. Requested they check out front rotor as I feel it's warped (leading me to favor the rear and apparently wear out the rear pads). They also checked on the charging issue again (found nothing wrong) and are replacing the front tire as well since I'm switching to Metzler Z6's to (hopefully) get more miles out of the tires. I hope to have it back this Friday or Saturday. |

Bob Bob Bob, boy, you HAVE been working too much!! Dont you reconize Ma And Pa ?? Does Tricities ring a bell? I didnt have any trouble with my sicle. I did find another rats nest in the tail section. I gotta reset the trapline in the garage. They like to use the pink insulation I've got stored. They like airbox's too. I hate them furry critters! Joe. |

OK, now about this picture Joe put up there... It's the last peaceful meeting of the Hatfield's and the McCoy's! They was having a Summer get-together when a little disagrement popped up... Seems Buford (on the M/C), told Simon Peter (holding hand-cannon), that there weren't a horse or mule in Hillbilly County that could beat him to the end of the holler and back, with him on his new-fangeled machine-bike. Well that riled-up both Jebadia (with the mules), and Joesephus (with horses), who took it as a challenge. And they never did take to challenges very well. This photo was taken just moments befor the feud broke out. The race never was run due to excessive gun-fire, and the gol-danged trouble-making machine was later donated to the local 'shine' brewer's, to be used for fast delivery of their hooch to the local Police Chief and Mayor of said Hillbilly County. This pre-dated the emergence of the Jr. Johnson pre-NASCAR crew by many years... Debbie has been sentenced to another six weeks of no weight-bearing on that darned foot of hers. She has also changed her name from Debbie, to Doobie! I shall let her explain... Al @ American Sport Bike says my new Works shock should be in my hot little hands by the end of the week! |

I wished you wooda bought a OGK FF4 helmet instead of that Suomy helmet Loni. I'm thinkin bout gettin me one of the FF4s. I could have used you for a test head, as it were. The helmet I'm using now is the one I paid twenty bucks for at a yard sale about fifteen years ago. It doesnt smell bad. I spray it with Lysol in the spring. The problem I have with the one I have is at speed it pulls straight up and hurts my jowls. Maybe I need one with a spoiler to push down a little. Galen, your picture analogy, spot on old boy! LMAO ! Joe. |

Joe, You need a new helmet. They say a helmet is good 5-7 years at the most if not dropped or damaged. Get one that fits good. I saw mine and knew right away that it was for me. It may be alittle loud, crazy and funky but it's me! Ok I dont know what the heck is going on with this weather crap but I for one am sick of the cold. Which one of you pi~~ed the gods above off above to cause this?? I have been thinking of getting 2 tickets to Hawaii for a few weeks vacation time just to get the heck out of here. I am sure the hubby would not argue with the idea. Bib, what ever Buford is smoking I wish I could have some. Maybe it would help with this cold weather depression I have. Oh heck with it I'm heading to the kitchen to mix another drink....Pray for sunshine...PLEASE!!!! |

Galen, I guess the guy above would rather that he stay at home today. At least he can wear a t-shirt and be comfortable. I woke up this morning and right after going out and removing the covers from my newly planted bushes it started snowing, then came the hail and rain. Not 5 min later it was the sun was out. Whats up with that???Oh heck with it back to the kitchen to mix another! |
