Gotcha! been chasing up an ECM spy cable setup. man that is a great piece of work and if the cable and bits work as advertised and I'm out 50$ parts / shipping WOW. I tried the VDS$@#% cable no joy. BUMP You still after it Vern? 7 pounds less of me = 1 HP for the bike SO.... I have got 3 more HP than last year. I would like to get another 3 by May 30th. The ULTIMATE would be to get to 180 LBS That would be a 9 HP gain.... You know how fast a 9 HP go cart is! IT WOULD BE ALL GOOD! |

Go Mark Go! Bump 180 is my target in 2010, 200 is 2009 As you get closer to the ideal healthy weight the loss will become slower so I have been told. Vern You may get the panties next time bets $20.00, 25$ in the cable I have the VD software and the needed cable end for the bike. Yes typicaly monday I usualy do it tuesday Kristy (UlyWife) has a spread sheet that gets posted from time to time listing the weights. (Message edited by oldog on April 12, 2008) |

ok, if it's not too late i'll get in. starting weight on sat 4/5/08 was 321. last monday weigh in was 315. i'll report in again on monday. |

damn, that's way to early. still maintaining 168.8 this morning without anything extra, just watching what i eat. got to go out of town this week so that'll put a damper on the usual regimine. where's your weight olddog. jerry, your probably at that point now that it doesn't want to come off besides weekends really suck. i think the weigh in's should have been on friday or even thursday. i do alot better during the week. keep on plucking away though, you'll get it. |

damn, that's way to early Neil, yep, 'tis early, but also makes it nice if 10 a.m. rolls around, it's 70 degrees outside, and you and your sweetie decide to play hookie and go riding the rest of the day... :-) jerry, your probably at that point now that it doesn't want to come off... there's some truth in that, but i ate too much this past week, pure and simple. i got a lot of exercise, which kept the damage relatively minimal, but i have to work harder on portion control, especially the late-night stuff. Jeez Ferris, I ain't gonna recognize ya in a few weeks am I Spidey, like, you want i should wear a pink thong??? |

eating 3 meals a day, 2-3 snacks a day and drinking plenty of water. I'm on nutrisystem, and from what I've read on their forums this is normal for us really fat guys at first, then it'll slow down. gonna start walking a few times a week this week when i get off work in the morning. |

When does a calorie get used? In other words, If you eat at 5pm when are those calories being used. How long after you eat should you work out to burn what you just stuffed your face with? |
