Thanks Blake. Buelliedan, nice, I purchased the bike as you see it, so I can't take any credit for it. I have the lower fairings, but the left side won't fit without some custom modifications/fabrication due to the addition of the oil cooler, frmae brace and the modified shift linkage. |

Jester, I too have the bags and lower farings but I rarely run with them on. Both my Thunderbolts started life as T's. The S3s bags and lower fairings were sold off shortly after I bought the bike. I just hated the large bags and fairing lowers in my opinion are just worthless. |

Steve, the blooming plant is an Hydrangea macrophylla and that is a very healthy specimen. The big trick is to get the flowers deep sky blue instead of a sort of dusty pink. Beautiful. However: Nothing wrong with the bike. Hans. |

I have just visited the new buell site, it seems that they have a new model deemed the Lighting XB9S. I think the new bike is a great idea and is a step towards a slimmer streetfighter. But to my discouragement it also seems like the M2, X1, and S3 have been dropped from the line. I know this will bring a lot of mixed reactions, for now the only low priced buell is the Blast and those of us who like to pack our bags and ride a 700 mile weekend will have to stick to our S3s and S2s. No. Compare it to the pic on their website and the changes will be more apparent. I just started on it last night and a friend wanted to see what I had done so far so I posted it here. I'm going for subtle. In that picture the bike has been lowered, the front end has been de-raked, and the handlebars have been moved forward. Mike L. '99 Cyclone |

Libnosis: You asked for it. Did you never notice that even tractors have small and light wheels in front ? Honestly, it is the ultimate parody of an motorcycle. Almost as bad as the Vrod. Ask for . There are anti brainwash courses. Sell that horrible contraption as fast as you can. Hans |
