Dropped the bike today...GRRRR Guess I need to pay more attention...Put my foot down on a gravel hill and my foot slipped. Gotta hate a 3 day old bike hitting the ground! So, the mirror snapped at the cast stem, the right scoop is scratched up pretty good in the gloss black area (is that a separate part from the rest of the scoop?), and the pegasus cover popped out and got stepped on in the process. Anyone got part numbers/prices for the following? Also, can the parts be shipped direct to me? right side mirror right scoop pegasus logo clutch cover thing |

All those parts are available. Just see your local parts dealer. About having them drop shipped to you, that depends on your dealer. |

This is one thing I can say about my dealership they will deliver anything for free and they are 110 miles away, one of the guys take trips to boston a couple days a week so he will swing by and drop off anything I buy, best dealership I have ever been to, Big Moose Harley Buell In Maine. Mike |

How about giving Andy at Appleton HD&B a call? They're a sponsor. Look in the sponsor section for the contact information. He'll ship anywhere. I believe (not sure) that there's a BadWeB discount lurking as well.. |

>>>>Anyone got part numbers/prices for the following? Also, can the parts be shipped direct to me? I see you are in PA. My guess is that Liberty (the closest sponsoring badweb dealer) would either have them or be able to get them quickly. They excel. |

Thanks everyone for input, and Two_buells for the part numbers!! I will see what I can find local, and will call Liberty and/or Appleton if no joy. With regard to the right scoop, is the part number (M1035.1AMMW) for the gloss black part only? It seems to be 3 pieces, so I want to make sure I only get what I need if possible. Also, what is the proper name for the little circular cap ("pegasus logo clutch cover thing"), and is the part number listed (M0743.1AM) just the little cover? I definitely don't want to have to buy the whole clutch cover just for the little center cap. Thanks again! Also, are parts books available to the general public, or are they delayed with the service manuals? The dealer where I bought mine has no parts book...} |

Chicago HD website will give you pricing info if you enter the part number in the item search box on the lower left side of the following page.... http://www.chicagoharley.com/shop/ They have pricing on all the parts you mentioned. I have never ordered anything from here, I just use it to get an idea of what things cost. Matt |

Clutch Diaphragm Ring Assembly (Outer Cover for Slipper Clutch Diaphragm) = R0029.1AM Clutch Cover Housing (Cover behind aforementioned cover) = R0022.1AM Let me know which one you're replacing, and I'll get you a gasket list as well. Chris |

Nice, thanks Chris. Its gonna be the outer cover, scrapped a good bit off the piece sticking out where the emblem goes. Would you happen to know the part number for the flat black front piece of the rt pod. All the numbers im getting, i believe, are for the gloss part. Thanks again man. |

It's been a while since class, but I believe the replacement shroud should include the gloss & matte black pieces together. I'm going to check on our rental 1125R to see if this is the case and post back ASAP. Chris |

Confirmed! Both pieces come as an assembly, so you should be good to go on the M1035.1AMMW part number. ***Also, Please Note!*** All fasteners that correspond to XB placement have been bumped up to a T30 Torx on the 1125R instead of T27. If in doubt, try the T30 first, then try the T27 if it does not fit. Chris |

Also, you should get an R0009.1AM gasket for your clutch cover. They may look resilient, however, our instructors in class recommended to replace these gaskets. If you’re stuck roadside, then you have no choice. If you can get them, I would recommend it. Chris |

Hey Chris, Im assuming that the outer cover is the one that has the Pegasus plug on it right? If so, where would be the best place to acquire these parts? If anyone has had any luck with a specific dealer, please let me know. |

I actually had just lost the plug...No damage to the clutch cover itself. Replacement plug was $5.00, and does not include the pegasus decal. That is a separate part number, and is $3.66. |

Yep, that's the right cover. We don't have it in stock, however it is an active part that we can order. Should be about a 3-5 day turnaround time. PM me if you want to place an order, and we'll ship it out to you as soon as we get them. Chris |

Odinbueller, please see my post above (April 07, 2008 - 07:27 pm). I already got everything taken care of, and she's back to looking new for the most part! Thanks for offering to help out though! |
