I got my share of crap done today...short ride with Scotty to breakfast and then over to Eric's for the cabin key...up to AutoZone for brakets to fix Audra's muffler and other tid bits around the house (including trying to put out the fire from burning yesterday).

Eric - got the key and the doe...thanks. How is that electrical work coming along? Scotty won the bid for the Palm...I have a Deutch connector for the cable...if you still need one.

Jim, I'm doing a Tonys Track Day at NHMS, he doesn't have any dates until June after the April days. What track day organization are you looking at?

I would def swap days if I could but I won the track day in a giveaway contest : ) wOoT!

If I can swap my day for the June 3rd date could you attend that one? I'm not sure I can swap my date but I'm checking on it. I'll post up what my final date is when I hear back.

just heard back, no dice on changing dates, i need to use it April 29th so that's when I'll be up there.

Tonys track days are $280 but if you're a NESR member (cant remember if you are, I know Erik is) you get a little discount. probably comes in around same cost as the Penguin school.

If you're looking to get more track time to just ride, I've heard that track days are much better than racing school. focus on riding rather than racing rules. but that might be what you want, just FYI from a thread i was reading.

Do the Penguin School. Get your license. In the long run it is the cheapest way if you plan on getting more track time. The first school/race weekend price is a bit steep. So now if you got your license, its only $60 per sprint race. Two races on a Sunday afternoon($120)plus you get two morning warm ups to go along with the races, = 4 shots at the track for the day. 1/2 the price of a track day. Track days middle of week, miss work. Racing weekends,no miss work.
