In the rush to put my wheel back on the Uly with its new Koyo bearings installed covered by warranty..... I forgot to tighten the set screw/alan that holds the axle in place. The best part is I remembered half way to work....WTF! Does anybody know the part# Thanks The Canoe of Douche... | ||

I ran without one for 20k on the firebolt, its only gonna come loose if you ride backwards! | ||

That was my thought. I have torqued the axle with a few wheelies.... so if it feels loose just twist the wick? | ||

Riddle me this Batman.... What size is it? I will just stick a LONGER bolt in there.... YEAH thats the ticket! I will rob the stock one from the race bike and use a longer bolt on it, which will make safety wiring A LOT easier! | ||

Those socket head cap screws are available at Lowes in their hardware section. Take the other one in with you for a sample. Something like $0.12 Lowes is usually closer than your dealer. (talking the pinch bolts, right?) (Message edited by slaughter on April 05, 2008) | ||
