Ok, I have a used 2003 XB9S engine with aprox 30k on the clock. She was running good but got stuck in fifth gear so we transplanted a 12 motor in her place. The parts are not the most beautiful things you have seen but all should be in good working order. Everything will be sold + shipping unless we reach an agreement otherwise. NO WARRANTY ON ANYTHING Tranny, I pulled it down and could not get it to shift, everything "looks" ok to the nekid eye but it was stuck. make me an offer and I will send you everything! Guys I can attest to the solid performance of this motor, I changed the oil every three thousand miles religiously with mobil v-twin 20w-50 synthetic. The only reason the tranny went was an unlucky event at Buelltoberfest with a snapped clutch cable and not having the tranny fluid filled back to the proper level. Never, and I repeat NEVER had a mechanical problem with the motor. If I could have afforded it, It would have been used for a track bike project. So take to heart, it is a great motor sans tranny. | ||
