i want to make axle sliders for my xb9r, but don't know how the are attached to the bike, is it a rod from one to the other or a system that bolt somehow on the axle. thanks for help |

A rod from one to the other.. Or Some have pieces that expand out when you tighten tight bolt in center.. |

Got mine from Al at American Sport Bike. Good folks, great service, and a local (sort of, for me) contact. They are the Dark Horse Moto ones. A machined button, with a replaceable Delrin? cap, connected by a rod through the axle. Good kit. |

Made my own for about $10( alum. and stainless threaded rod). Of course you need access to a lathe... |
