Hello, My name is John and I am an undergraduate student at Arizona State University and I am doing a semester long research paper on the Bonneville Salt Flats. A member on another discussion forum referred me to this forum since you had a Bonneville section. I need to conduct and interview, and so far I haven't been able to contact anyone that was willing to help me. So, if you wouldn't mind answering one or all of my questions, I would really appreciate it. 1. Have you been to Bonneville? Have you competed there? 2. Why do you think people want to set land speed records? 3. What is Bonneville like? 4. Why do you think Bonneville is so popular over places like El Mirage? 5. Any other information is greatly appreciated. If you don't feel comfortable posting, then you can e-mail me your phone number and I will call you to conduct the interview.
