When I get these emails, I usually sign the email address up for as many porn sites as I can. | ||

I'm just curious if anyone has ever called and talked to these people. They claim it's European but more than likely out of Nigeria somewhere. Just let me know where I can pick up the bike, Lunch is on me  | ||

i love it. the 419eater wants everybody to donate using paypal, which is legit, but does anything really happen to the scammers except the fact that they look like idiots after the baiters get done with them. its funny but those guys still have the money they stole fair and square. yeah, i said it! if your actually dumb enough to fall for one of these scams, then you deserve to lose your money. i still like the fact that somebody is smart enough to get these guys do jump through hoops to look stupid. its a start to fight scamming | ||

The general principle that makes these cons continue, in one form or another, is greed. That's what makes any scam work. The "mark" thinks they are going to get something for nothing. | ||

Well.. 44 is the international code for the UK.. Isn't GmbH a German Company designation, like our use of Corp.? OK, those were just some thoughts off the top of the head.. Would be interesting to meet some of these folks, once.. and have a nice conversation with them.. Once.. | ||

Sad thing is most of this crap is routed through 'Bot Computers just like YOURS and Mine...if you don't run a good AV program and keep it updated. The bad guys hack in and use your computer to do the E-mailing for them. THAT is one of the things that makes it hard to find and stop them. BTW why do you think Porn sites are so nasty...lots are known to have viruses and Trojans on them. I fix a computer for a friend and her computer had over 150 viruses, Trojans and Spyware programs running. She said "It runs slow"! Gee I wonder why. |
