My orange Uly is now a Hero Blue Uly. I used a black seat and black flyscreen, and the wheels were already powdercoated black. |

To me, that actually looks better than the new Thrust Blue. Nice job. Now you'll be able to watch that interactive exhaust valve operate. |

> Glad to see my flyscreen found a new home Thanks for the hook up, Froggy. I was beginning to think the dang thing was lost in the mail! It took nine days for the USPS to get the package from NY to GA. |

Looks good. Just in time to throw it off "The Leap". |

> Just in time to throw it off "The Leap". Hmm, that reminds me, I need to clean up the bottom of the muffler. |

Looks great! I wish Buell would sell that "X" as an accessory. It'd look great on the orange Uly airbox cover. |

Man that looks sharp. Great job with the design. I have the Thrust Blue and I don't like it. I am looking at putting some carbon fiber in place of it. -Chris |

Sanchez, I have been pondering getting a hero blue cover as well. Looks really good!! Haven't decided on blue or black wheels, though. |

The Buell service manual shows a different interactive exhaust actuator to be used with Translucid intake covers. Page 4-2, figure 4-3. Is there any reason for this, other than cosmetics? |

Looks really good, Sanchez. I wish Buell would sell that "X" as an accessory. +1. I tried to order one but they're not available separately from the cover. Bummer. Pressure from my tank bag combined with engine heat has slowly torn my Buell logos apart on my airbox cover... I have the Thrust Blue and I don't like it. Chris's bike was the first Thrust Blue Uly I saw on the road. I was a little disappointed, was expecting something like the promo pics on the Buell site. Glad I didn't order the parts sight unseen. |

+1 on the disappointment in the color of my bike. I am thinking about taking the covers to a paint shop. I have not decided on the color though. I do like the matte black look though. -Chris |

Beautiful! Great work! If I was not so cheap and lazy I'd get my wheels powder-coated. |

If I was not so cheap and lazy I'd get my wheels powder-coated. You could get the translucid blue wheels from the new Firebolt. They'd look good with that airbox cover. |

It looks even better in the sunlight! Strangely enough, in the daylight your muffler looks even more like crap. Get to rattle cannin' ya bisch! Looks really good (except for the used BBQ grill hanging under your bike)! |

That blue looks good. Does any one know if the City X Intake Covers come already badged with the rubber X and Buell decal? I'm thinking of swapping my Uly black intake cover for a Translucid Hero Blue or Kick Ash. I would rather start with no badging and go from there. ---Bob |
