Hey everyone, I just wanted to say hello and post a pic of my ’08 that I picked up last fall. I have been lurking around here forever and finally decided it was time to introduce myself. Anyway, as you all are well aware, this bike rocks.

Welcome, Joel! You live in one of the most beautiful areas I've ever been to. The Uly should feel right at home there. |

I know the camo is a little over the top but what the hell. I like the camo. It's not quite as sexy as ORANGE, but it looks pretty nice. Don't worry; the people most likely to give you grief about it probably ride drab, monochromatic BLACK Ulys. |

I saw a Uly at Hal's with the camo skins on it and I liked it! Much better looking than the orange! |

You get them from your dealer. I don't have part numbers but a quick google will find them. They cost an arm and a leg. |

Froggy is right, they do cost some money. Also, when I ordered mine, Montana Harley had to order them from Riverside, CA because they said no one else in the country had them. Don't know for sure if that is true. Good luck. |

welcome to the badweb joel. although i'm new to the big, bad and ugly part, i've had a buell since 01 and there's nothing nicer imo. and although some of these guys will give you grief, there isn't one i haven't met face to face that didn't seem like a top notch person. |

Nothin like those hills, welcome to the board. Learned all my bikin out in the Thompson Falls, Trout Creek, Noxon, Heron and Troy Area... Forest service never cared to see a drivers license and they never stopped me. I still love the dirt, mud and back woods roads. |

i've had a buell since 01 and there's nothing nicer imo. I agree. I can't imagine another bike that makes me laugh inside my helmet with happiness. Learned all my bikin out in the Thompson Falls, Trout Creek, Noxon, Heron and Troy Area... You know, the great thing about Montana is you get on some of these roads and you don't see anyone. This past weekend I rode up 83 past Seeley Lake to Bigfork and camped out on Flathead Lake. At times I felt like I had the entire road to myself. That's some good time to clear my head. Although, I did encounter some homicidal deer. |
