think this pretty much says it all, the odometer was showing 2 miles... sorry about the big pic(i too hate when they run over the edge of the page), its a little to far away to shrink down much. my camera needs a new battery, and when its really cold it will only stay on a minute or 2 so this is the only thing we could catch of the ride today i have 40 miles on it now. the gf and i both got our new bikes out for the first time and rode to go have dinner today. me on the 1125 and her on her 04 blast we came across that had 132 miles on it. i got tired of having the 1125 torn apart waiting on some stuff so i threw it back together and went for a spin. i will probably take it back apart tonight. maybe... plus i think this is the first owner wheelie pic posted!!!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pick mine up tomorrow at 11:00. I drove ~600 miles today delivering my 12r to Rubberdown so he could ride 2 miles in the rain ;+}. Tomorrow looks great for both of us. Neil S. |

the funny part was the fact that the camera dying saved my butt. Jenn got back on her bike after that pic, and the next hill we went over we met the sheriff coming our way! |

Yep real funny. Ask Baggermike about those funny situations, he seems to be real paranoid about changing plans. I like to keep my plans once made and hopefully I don't get caught by the "Man" or fate (karma goes a looong way). Neil S. |

No_rice, Great Picture. Big pictures are better! Many congrats on getting the bike out. Now it looks like you could use some rain to wash that road off! |

yep, we sure need some rain! yes, we got Jenn a new bike a couple months ago. couldnt pass up the upgrade. there was nothing wrong with the 01, but going from 11,000 miles on an 01 to 132 miles on an 04 worked out pretty good for her. i figure we will probably bring her blast, my 9 and my 1125. i am hoping to not have the 12 by then thats for sure! plus then that way if Jenn feels like she needs something with a little more oomph again this time, she can ride one of the other bikes. |

Tim, Great pic! Thats cool. So which method did you use to wheelie? Did you just power it up or clutch it up? I have been observing the break in rules pretty closely, but have managed to do some power wheelies and keep it under 6K! I tell you what...this bike is trouble. It will be hard to ride this thing legally once break in is complete. (Message edited by dtx on March 16, 2008) |

it will power wheelie very easy, but then i am flirting with 6000 very quickly! so for a pic i wanted slow ones so it would turn out better. therefore i clutched them up very easily. i was going to do a standing one, but it is so much easier to do something like that with the passenger pegs on which i dont have on there. |
