THE STOCK MAP IS ON MY SITE JOHN ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS UPLOAD THE EPROM TXT AND SAVE THE DATA TO YOUR EPROM FOLDER. THEN SAVE THE FUEL MAP FROM IT. YOU CAN EVEN UPLOAD THE RACE EPROM AND MANUALLY COPY THE DATA FROM A RACE ECM TO YOUR STOCK ECM TO HAVE THE BASIC BUELL RACE FUEL TABLES FOR A STARTER MAP TO WORK OFF OF. GOTO XOPTIINSIDE.COM ALL THE FILES ARE ON THE DOWNLOADS PAGE I HAVE ALL THE FILES. I JUST HAVE NOT DONE ALL OF THEM FOR UPLOAD. | ||

You're a mind reader, Mike - that is exactly what i just did. I took my stock fuel maps and manually changed all of the values on both front and rear maps to match the race ECM fuel maps. What a pain, but now i have the race ECM fuel maps to load into my stock ECM, just to try it. Very cool. . | ||

DONT YOU LIKE HOW I POSTED ALL THE EPROMS FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE FREELY THIS WAY IF THEY EVER SCREW UP OR LOOSE THERE DATA I HAVE IT THERE. I HAVE ALL THE MAPS I JUST NEED TO POST THEM. I HAVE DEVELOPED THE RACE ECM FOR THE 08 NOW ALSO. TESTED AND PERFECT AS BUELL WOULD OF MADE IT. XOPTI | ||

Hi Johnboy & XOPTI, I need some help with this please. Did you burn to the EEPROM the file downloaded from XOPTI? If you did this the race fuel maps would then be in the ECM and you wouldn't have to copy anything I think. If you just select the file downloaded from XOPTI's site and then open it in ECMSpy, the fuel map is blank without connecting to the ECM. What I don't get is how you manually got the race fuel maps from the race EEPROM unless you know where the fuel maps are located in the EEPROM text file and this is what you used to change your fuel maps. Can you help me understand this? Thanks | ||

I realize this an old thread, but any help I can get in remapping my '08 XB12XT Ulysses would be appreciated. I just ordered the data link cable, and should have the new-version of emcspy by August 9th. Still need the race eeprom. |
