Thanks, Chris. Tried to get it under medicare but it's top speed of 90 mph put it over the limit for powered wheel chairs. Think about twice the front contact patch of a two wheeled bike. Twice the front end grip on curves, twice the front braking available. The bike has been very popular in Europe in the 250cc model. It is also sold in the new 500 cc model there as the Gilera Fuoco 500ie. But comes to the U.S. under the Piaggio badge. Here's a better video (pretend you understand German). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NYhMpUcjKo |

Steve, I think during the beach shots I heard that German dude say you can SURF with it too! Really tho it looks like it handles as tho it were a real motorbike bike! But how is it in the dirt? Ya never know when Chuck is gona be leading the ride home! Joe, that thing is too cool... wonder how IT is in the dirt.... |

Jimmy, It was just training. Rope rescue stuff. Rappeling, raising/lowering systems, self rescue, etc. All in all, a fun way to get a bunch of overtime $$. Thanks for asking though. |
