Up until yesterday, the only 1125 that I had seen was mine. Yesterday, I was passed by one while in my truck. Watching it from the time I first noticed it in the rear-view mirror until it was well out of sight, I had to admit that we have a very striking bike here. Those cats eyes look quite good in that bat fairing, IMHO. As the bike came by, I had no impression of the pods being out of proportion to the bike. I think they're quite handsome, actually. It sounded quite nice as it came by, also. I think the bike is beautiful - always have - but it's nice to have seen one from a different perspective. I hope mine makes as good an impression on the traffic I meet as this one did on me. Jack |

I let a buddy ride my M2 and watched him so as I could get the "picture". Like you said, different perspective. Another time, Im riding downtown and notice my reflection in a bunch of windows along the street. I kept "admiring" till I almost ran into a row of stopped cars at the lights......Ima dunbass... |

I know what your saying, both of you. I just hope your bike was still in the garage when you got home |

jACK...It is a stunning bike with the goods to go along. Last weekend, I had a few people over after an organized ride by one of the local shops (I didn't go). I was shocked at how much attention they gave the 1125r. They were a mixed bunch, riding a Gixxer 600, R1, HD cruiser & Victory Vision. They were all extremely excited & positive about the Buell. |

I noticed the great looks of it while riding my S1 and my friend riding my 1125R behind me. It looks menacing. I told my friend that he looked like he was flying a warthog (A10) back there. Unfortunately the name stuck. |

Unfortunately the name stuck I don't see what's unfortunate about that...I love that plane, it's one of the most agile birds out there, and it packs a hell of a punch. I think the name fits rather nicely |

I have always liked the A=10 for its form follows function design. DMAFB is a training facility for the A-10, so I see them overhead on a regular basis. 2 giant engines, 2 stubby wings, and a BFG. Warthog does not sound like a bad name at all |

The bike looks more like a Phantom (F4) mostly due to the intakes, and the name seems to fit. Or, if you like, use the Air Force nickname for the F4 - 'Rhino' Jack |

You got that right Jack:
It's all about power, isn't it. I've got used to the Warthog thing and starting to like it. |
